I'd be feeling something and I'd think, "Oh my Barbara, aren't you dramatic..." Like, thats what this little person on my shoulder was telling me! So it made me feel like my feelings weren't authentic, like my feelings were all about drama...I got... My self was embarrassing me, How crazy is that! How crazy is that.

That has to do with the befriending. You tell that person to go to hell. You don't need that person. We're more— and I always thought this way interesting, We're more built to be unhappy than we are to be happy. You have to teach yourself happiness. It's a learned thing.

Well, you need to really concentrate on that. I mean, even to the point of like, at the end of the day 10 things you say that were beautiful. Ten things that you were grateful for. It's just reprogramming your brain. It's like a computer. It's got the wrong program running. Reprogram the brain! And that's all it is. I mean, you can do that. You know how to do that. But it's gonna take effort and time and you can't expect it to happen overnight. It's gonna take a while. But if you determine that you want to... It's that law of attraction thing you gotta really be careful about the law of attraction. I think that's one of the biggest laws we have. It's that we attract. But, you know. Just look at the sunsets. Make yourself— cuz you're not going to want to. This is not easy, this task we've set for you. There's nothing easy about it. But it's necessary. It really is. This can't go on.
